Author’s Note:
I have written 4 stories but two of the stories I stop and threw it away but I am currently writing two stories plus this one so that makes it 5 but this is my first time posting this story up because it is a bit shorter although I wrote the other two way before this one but I hope you guys enjoy this one. I’ll be posting up my other two stories that I have been working on. Thanks. Then More too Come! Check it out!

The reason why I decided to write this story Key of Heart because I want to write about what I think about the MV and the music and how the story goes. This is what I think in my version on Key Of Heart. Please leave nice comments…first time posting and finishing a story.

[Part 1:]

Walking in the halls of Goong Hui High School, there was a huge crowd hovering over at miss. Kwon, cheering and hollering at Boa, age 18 who just made it into the solo choir audition. She smiles happily and thanked everyone for cheering and applauding. Slowly a boy passes by the big crowed and her. Boa looks over as everyone was chattering and cheering. It was Lee Dong Hae, age 18 who also tried out the solo parts in the choir but did not made it in.
   After school, Boa gets out of class and stands outside waiting. As everyone passes by her, they say congratulations or good bye. She waves good bye and thank them.

“Good Bye!” said a student who was involved in the audition.
“Congratulations!” said another student. Boa smiles and thanks them.
“Thank you…bye!” she said as the last person came out.

As everyone was gone, Boa looks down the hallway, no one there. Peace and quiet there she stared.

“Strange? I didn’t see him come out…where has he gone?” she said.

Suddenly she hears a piano playing down the music hall. She quietly follows it down the hallway. There she stops, she peeks out the window, and there she saw him…Dong Hae.
“Lee Dong Hae-shi?” said Boa looking at him playing the piano and writing lyrics on to a piece of paper. As Boa was spacing out, Dong Hae stops to stretch. He took off his reading glasses and cracks his neck. Boa notices that he stops playing. She knocks herself out. Just as she was about to leave, she accidentally drop her heavy textbook on the ground.

“BAM!”
“Oh crap!” Boa bent down to grab it quick.

Dong Hae looked out the glass windows. Popped Boa’s head. She looks and smiles as she is being caught by him.
She opens the door and went inside the room.

“Hi, what are you playing?” she asked in five feet away from him.

Dong Hae quickly put his papers and pen away into his bag and walked out. Boa watched him passed by quickly next to her and was confused. She turned around and questioned herself as he left.

“Why did he leave all of the sudden?”

She turned back and looked at the piano. There something that he left. He has forgotten something. She walked towards it and grabbed it. It was…his glasses.

   Boa quickly runs after him if she can catch up with him. She looked for him in the front building. No sign of him. Boa puts it safe in her bag. She walks home and passes by the ranch. Just as she got home, she finds a surprise.

“POP!” went the gravities. Boa was surprise and smiles.
“Boa! Happy Congratulation!” said her brother holding her cake.
“Thank you,” she said and blows the candles.

Then her mom and dad comes and congrats her. They celebrate full of joy. At night Boa kept on thinking about Dong Hae how the way he looked at her and walked off. She pulls out his glasses out of her bag. She looks at the lenses; it was a bit dirty so she cleans it off for him.
   Next morning she walks over to her friend, Hee Bon’s house and then see Dong Hae next door walking out of the house. She greets him; he bows and leaves adjusting his bag pack. Hee Bon gets out of her house. Boa walks over to Hee Bon closely and grabs her.
“WO!”
“Hee Bon-ah,” she whispered to Hee Bon.
“Yes?” Hee Bon being disgusted.
“Do you know Lee Dong Hae-shi?” she asked.
Hee Bon Chuckles.
“Why?” she asked
“Nothing…” Boa let go of her and walks off.
“Not really…we don’t really talk because he is very quiet and likes to be alone all the times, that’s why he has no friends.” Hee Bon said. Boa stops walking.
“What? No friends?”
“Yeah, he is always been like that ever since high school, during auditions. He never got in.” Said Hee Bon walking. Boa nods her head.
“Why? You think he is cute?” said Hee Bon turning back to Boa.
“What?” Boa in tempted. “I was wondering because yesterday he tried out the parts in the auditions yesterday and he didn’t get it.”
“Oh I see. You feel sorry for him?…right?” she asked.
“Sure,” Boa said and walked off.
“He went and tried it out? Now that’ll make him more emo,” said Hee Bon. Boa stops walking. Hee Bon stops.
“WHAT?” said Boa.
“Hey! I am just saying the truth. Come on, let’s go!” Hee Bon grabs her arm and skips to school.
   As they got to school, they went their own separate ways. Boa was heading to the music room to talk about her solo part in the concert choir to the teacher. Just as she turns into the corner, she bumps into a student. Boa screams and falls back. From behind her, someone catches her. She looks up at that person. It was someone she did not expected.

It was Lee Dong Hae who caught her. She was in shocked that she quickly got up and fixed her hair.

“Sorry,” said Boa and looks back the student who bumps into her and walked away.
“Geez, and didn’t even say sorry,” she yelled out to the person.

She turns back to Dong Hae, and apologized but Dong Hae was already gone. She looked around, and there she saw him at the same place. The piano room, searching for something. Boa looks in her bag, his reading glasses. She smiles and goes in the room.

“Excuse me…” she said. He looks over. She clears her throat.
“Are you looking for this?” she hands his glasses over to him. He takes it from her hands.
“Thanks,” he puts in his bag and left out the door. Boa turns around.
“Your welcome,” she said and turns back. Just then the music teacher came.
“Ah, Boa”
“Ahnyoung kaseo, good morning Mr. Seok!” greet Boa.
“What brings you here this early morning?” he said.
“I need to ask you a question,”
“Question…about?”
“Practices for solos,”
“Ahhh, it’ll be held during lunches and after schools every other days,” said Mr. Seok.
“Oh, thank you,”
“Is that all?”
“Yes, have a nice day,”
“See you later,”

During lunch, Hee Bon and Boa got in line. Boa was in a rush.
(Boa ticks her tongue and pop her fingers)

“What’s the rush Boa?” ask Hee Bon.
“I have practices right now,” she said.
“What? As you can see, the lines are always long,” said Hee Bon. Boa looked up the line. Boa signs and took a deep breath.
“Hee Bon, you go ahead and eat without me, I need to go,” says Boa and stepped out of line.
Hee Bon grabs her arm and pulls her back.
“No!”
“Why?”
“You need to eat to have a good strong voice,” says Hee Bon.
“Thanks Hee Bon-ah but I can’t be late…if I do then…”
“I’ll get the food then we can eat it later when your done,” said Hee Bon.
“Thank You!”
Hee Bon smiles and pushes Boa.
“Go!”

Boa leaves and Hee Bon waits. She blew out some air and waited patiently.
Boa walks pass by the class room, she sees Dong Hae in the class room, writing and banging some rhythm on the table. She stares for a sec and leaves.
   After practices Hee Bon gives Boa her lunch. Boa munched it all down.

“Hungry huh?” asked Hee Bon. Boa shook her head.
“How was practice?” she asked. Boa gave her a big thumb up.
“That’s good.” Hee Bon stretch. “So tired,” she yawns.
“Hee Bon, why weren’t you at school?” asked Boa.
“I was sick, (*fake coughs)” said Hee Bon and turn away. Boa pulls Hee Bon.
“Lair, you were faking it. Why are you skipping school lately?” said Boa. Hee Bon got mad.
“Why are you in choir?” asked Hee Bon
“What?” Boa got confused.
“Why are you singing in a solo part?” she asked.
“Why are you asking me this strange question?”
“Just Answer Me!”
“Because I love to sing Hee Bon-ah,”
“Well then, because I love to stay at home whenever I feel like,”
“Hee Bon-ah! How could you just say that to me?”
“Boa-ah! I am tired of you telling me what is good or bad for me. You are not my mother okay!”
“Hee Bon-ah, I’m…”
“I know my mom isn’t here anymore but I don’t need you to be her now and forever,” said Hee Bon as her tears came down. Boa stared at Hee Bon as she wiped her tears and left the music room.
“Hee Bon-ah…Hee Bon,” said Boa.

Boa hassle up and ate her food and came out to search for Hee Bon. Just then she bumps into a conversation of Mr. Seok and Dong Hae. Boa hides behind the wall.

“Dong Hae! I don’t want you to be the piano room ever again,” confirm the teacher.
“Why teacher Seok?” asked Dong Hae.
“Because you are not allow too, you are not part of the choir and your weird!”
“What? Weird? Not part?”
“Yes, If I see you around here or in there, you are to be put in detention or I’ll expel you!” yelled Mr. Seok and left.
Dong Hae was so mad that he punch the wall and walked out. Boa was shocked and sees how cruel Mr. Seok was to Dong Hae.

[Break 3]
After school, Boa walked over to Hee Bon’s house. Her grandma opens the door.

“Ahnyoungaseo! (Hi) Is Hee Bon-shi home?” asked Boa.
“She is, wait for a sec,” said the grandma. “Come inside,” she said.
“Thank you,” Boa said and shut the down behind her.

Hee Bon came out of her room. Boa signs and smiled at her.

“Can I take Hee Bon out for a while?” she asked her grandma.
“Of Course Boa,” said the grandma. Hee Bon just looked at Boa.

{At the park}
“Hee Bon-ah, sorry about what happened today,”
“It’s okay, we can now leave it to the pass,” said Hee Bon.
“Okay, I just don’t want see you like this,” said Boa.
“Yes, thanks for concerning about me but I just don’t want to think about my mom when I hear things that are similar to her,”
“Sorry, here…I bought you this,” Boa hands over her favorite soft drink.
“Thanks,” smiled Hee Bon.

Boa smiles and opens hers and drinks it up. She looked at Hee Bon’s neck and realize that she has a necklace on her neck.

“Oh, Hee Bon-ah…” Boa puts her drink down and looked at her necklace, touching it.
“When did you get this?…I never see you wear this before,” said Boa.
“Oh, my grandma gave it to me today,”
“Really? So pretty! My grandma gave one to me too before she passed away,” said Boa and felt her chest pocket and it felt empty.
“Oh No! (omo)”
“What?”
“My necklace is gone!”
“Huh?”
“I putted it in my pocket before I left to school today and now It’s gone!”
“Oh no, Boa!”
“Ayshi! That was the only thing my grandma gave to me before she left,” cried Boa. “aw man. That sucks,”
“Maybe you dropped it at home,”
“I don’t know,” said Boa and think. (5 seconds later)
“Oh my gosh! I think I know where did I lost it, when I bumped into this girl today,”
“Really?”
“Yea, I need to go to that place where it happened,” said Boa. Boa stood up and walked off.
“I got to go now, see you tomorrow,” said Boa.
“Okay, see you later,” said Hee Bon drinking.

{At School}
Boa search for her necklace at the same place. Just then these three girls in front of her as she was on her knees looking for her necklace.

“Looking for this?” asked one of the girl. Boa looked up.
“Yes, thank you,” said Boa and was going to grab it but then the girl pull it away and put it in her pocket.
“No, No, No, not so fast my friend,”
“Friend?”
“Yes, don’t you want to be friends?”
“I don’t know, but please give me my necklace. It is very special to me,”
“I’ll keep it safe if you come to this place all by yourself,” said the girl handing her a note. “If you don’t come, your necklace will be gone forever” said the girl and left. Boa read it.

 ~go to the wood by the ranch after school at 3 o'clock straight. If you don't show up, you'll see what will happened!

“Go to the woods…by the ranch? After school?” read Hee Bon. “These girls are so immature, they need to get beaten!” said Hee Bon. “I am not letting you go alone!”
“Hee Bon-ah! I am pretty sure I’ll be ok. I just want to see what do they want from me,” said Boa.
“They’re just jealous of you,”
“Of what? There isn’t nothing jealous about me,” said Boa.
“Oh yes there is Boa, you just don’t see what others sees,”
“Hee Bon-ah, Its going to be alright,” said Boa and walked away. She turned around.
“Aja!” she smiled.

Hee Bon was worried as Boa left. Boa puts the note away in her pocket and walked to the music room. There she heard some yelling. She looked, it was Mr. Seok yelling at Dong Hae again. Dong Hae must had gone into the room again and was being caught by Mr. Seok.

“I’ll have to expel you Mr. Lee, you have disobey my rules in here,” said Mr. Seok writing a report of Dong Hae not following the rules but Dong Hae did nothing wrong, but just coming to use the piano.
“That is not necessary because I didn’t do anything wrong,” he said. “All I asked is to be in the choir,” said Dong Hae. Boa was shocked that he really wants to be in there. Mr. Seok wasn’t letting Dong Hae to be in there until Boa stepped out.
“Mr. Seok, I think he’ll be a good vocal,” said Boa.
“I won’t accept him,”
“Why? He hangs out here 24-7, I am pretty sure he is great, I heard him before,” said Boa looking at Dong Hae. Dong Hae was mad and walked off.
“Oh, Mr. Seok!” cried Boa. Mr. Seok think. “Sure, we’ll give him a try, tomorrow after school he has to show up, if not then he won’t have the spot.” Mr. Seok said. Boa was happy that she ran after Dong Hae who sat outside alone. Boa went up to him.
“Congrats, your in the group!”
“I don’t want to be in there,”
“Why? It’ll fun great having you in there,” she said and sat next to Dong Hae.
“Mr. Seok doesn’t like me,” said Dong Hae. “Plus I know other students don’t too in there.” Boa sat down, Dong Hae turn away.
“Lee Dong Hae-shi, right?” said Boa pretending. “We never actually introduce ourselves proper so here…my name is Boa! Nice to meet you and welcome aboard to our concert choir group,” said Boa sticking out her hand to shake his hand. Dong Hae smiles and shake her hand.
“Nice to meet you too,” he said.
“Wow, I actually never thought I’ll talk to you like this because people make you seems like you’re a scary person,”
Dong Hae chuckles.
“Just because I don’t look friendly? Papo,” he said. “People are so annoying,“ he said. Boa smirk sadly. “thanks by the way for telling Mr. Seok to give me a chance in the group but I don’t want it,”
“Why? I think you should try it. I know you love music because I always see you in the same room.” said Boa. Just then a girl come toward to Boa.
“Yah! Better remember to meet us tomorrow,” said the girl. “If you don’t go then…” the girl sees Dong Hae as he wasn‘t paying attention to the conversation. She gasps and glares at Boa. Boa just glares at her back. She walks off fast.
“pshh! Stupid.” said Boa.
“Sounds like she and her girls wants to beat you up tomorrow,” he said and look at the girl and Boa.
“Yea, but I ain’t scare,” said Boa. “I’ll show them who is the boss here,” she chuckles.
“Good luck,” he said and stood up. Boa gives a furious look on her face. Dong Hae stretch and left. Boa turn and look at Dong Hae as he goes.
“Didn’t even say good bye…(*tics*)…Oh no, I’ll have to skip practice tomorrow just to get my necklace back,” pout Boa and left.

[Break 4]
The girl runs up to the leader.

“Yah! Unnie! I saw Boa with Dong Hae when I went and told her again,” said the girl. The unnie turns around with a cap covering her face.
“What?” she said. “Is she trying to steal him?”
“Didn’t you see them when you bumped into her and took her necklace?” asked the girl.
“AYSHI! Shut Up! I don’t wanna hear this,” she said. “Tonight I got to meet oppa,” she said.

{At Night - Dong Hae’s House}
The girl goes over to Dong Hae’s house and taps his window. Dong Hae looks out the window and see her. She waves her hand with her cap over her head. Dong Hae comes out of the house.

“Oppa,” she said and hugs him. He pushes her away.
“Why? Why are you like that? You know I still love you,” she said.
“Go home and rest. Your talking nonsense,” he turn around and walk.
“Yes, your right! I am talking nonsense…” she cried. Dong Hae stops walking.
“…because I still have feelings for you,” she said and takes off her cap.
“Hee Bon-ah, don’t say those words to me,” said Dong Hae. “I don’t wanna hear it, go home and sleep…it is late.” said Dong Hae and left.
“Oppa…OPPA!” cried Hee Bon and left home.

   Next morning, Boa wakes up and fixes herself up for school. As she was braiding her hair, there was a knock on her window. Boa looked outside. It was Hee Bon. She smiled at Boa. Boa smiled and waves hi and opens the window.

“Why don’t you come inside?” she asked Hee Bon.
“Its okay, hurry up. I need to go to school early today,”
“Why?” ask Boa.
“To catch up with my work that I miss during the pass couple days, Come On!” she said.
“Okay, one more braid,” said Boa and out she grabs her bag and left with Hee Bon.

   During lunches, Hee Bon and Boa ate outside.

“Mmm, this is good!” said Hee Bon eating her food.
“Yes it is…mmm!” said Boa eating hers’.
“So, your actually going to meet those girls after school?” ask Hee Bon. Boa stops eating.
“I guess so to able to get my necklace back,” she said and look at Hee Bon’s neck.
“Where’s your necklace?” she asked seeing Hee Bon’s necklace gone.
“Oh, I…put it away yesterday night. I didn’t wanna lose it,” she chuckles.
“Oh, yeah. It is safer at home then wearing out here where someone can robs it,” she said and continuing eating. Hee Bon smiles nervously.

That whole day, Boa didn’t see Dong Hae anywhere in the school. She looked for him in the Piano room, the classrooms and outside where they last saw each other.

“Hmm, hopefully he is here today so he can be in the choir with us,” she said to herself and left.

{after school}
Boa was trying to look for Hee Bon so she can feel better with more courage if she sees her friend, but no sign of her. It was about 3 o’clock, Boa rush into the woods by the ranch by a house. Boa stops and see no one there.

“Hello?” she called. “Is anybody out here?” She waits for a couple seconds. “I knew those girls were lying. Those idiots!” she said and turn back.
“Yah!” yelled out a girl. Boa turns around and saw her friend, Hee Bon.
“Hee Bon-ah!” surprisingly Boa. “I am glad to see you here, but you shouldn’t be here. They’ll see you,” said Boa.
“What are you talking about nice lady!” said another girl behind her. Boa turns around. “huh?”
“Looking for this Boa-shi?” said Hee Bon. Boa turn back and look at Hee Bon who is holding her grandmother’s necklace. Boa gasps.
“Hee Bon-ah, that’s mine…why do you have it?” ask Boa.
“You don’t get the picture huh?” said Hee Bon and laughs evilly with the other three girls. Boa was so confused.
“What? Picture?” ask Boa. Hee Bon came and grabs her braids and pulls it back. Boa cries.
“Hee Bon-ah, what’s happening?”
“Boa-shi, you are a good friend, but a nice lady!” she said and pulls her hair. Boa screams and cries.
“I was the one who is jealous from you and did all the pranks and stuff,”
“I am sorry. You can take what you want , I don’t care but please give me my necklace back!” cried Boa.
“No, I want you to go away and leave my Dong Hae alone!” cried Hee Bon and threw her to the ground.
“Ahhh!” Boa cried. “what? Dong Hae-shi?”
“Yes, you and your beautiful voice and taking Dong Hae is making me mad,” said Hee Bon and slaps Boa on the cheek. Boa cries and covers her face.
“Girls,” order Hee Bon then the girls jumps in and kicks and punches Boa as she covers and cries and scream as she is getting beaten.
“You see, I never attend your performances at school because I hated you,” said Hee Bon. Boa cries and yells them to stop.
 “Girls. “said Hee Bon. They stop.
“Now, it’s mine turn to slap you to death,” she said as Boa was lying on the ground with a bloody face.

[Break 5]
   Hee Bon steps right in front of Boa and then just as she grabs Boa’s head, Dong Hae grabs Hee Bon and turns her around and slaps her. Hee Bon looked at the boy and gasps.
“Oppa?!” she said and covers her cheek.
“So you’re the girl who was going to beat her up,” said Dong Hae.
“Oppa, I…”
“Go! Leave,” yelled Dong Hae. “I don’t want to see your face ever again!” There was a long pause as she stared at Dong Hae fearlessly. “GO!”
Hee Bon cries and leaves as the other girls followed her. Dong Hae turn and look at Boa as she was sitting and crying and wiping herself on her sleeves. Dong Hae walks up to her.
“Are you okay?” he asked. Boa cries. “here, lets get you home,”
“No, I don’t want to look like this going home,” she said and wipes her bloody mouth. Dong Hae reach down his pocket and hands her his handkerchief. She looks up at Dong Hae and takes it from him.
“thanks,” as she wipes her blood.
“I have a place near here, it has things for you to clean things up,”
“what?”
“come on,” he says and pulls Boa up and walk slowly to the house.

   The house was all dusty and old but there was this room that had his things in there. Boa was amazed how the room looked. Boa sat on the black couch as Dong Hae told her to wait as he gets some towels, and water for her in the bathroom. Boa waits and looks around. Dong Hae comes out and hands her the towel and the water in a bowl.

“Thank you, Dong Hae-shi” said Boa beginning to wipe herself.
“Yeah,” he said and sat next to her.

As Boa was done, Dong Hae put the things away and Boa walks right up into a keyboard. She turn on the power but it wouldn’t turn on. She check for the plug but there was wire to plug the keyboard in.

“The batteries are out,” said Dong Hae out of the bathroom. Boa looked at Dong Hae.
“Is that why you’ve been using the school piano?” ask Boa.
“Good question but no,”
“Oh,”
“Just joking, yeah.” Joked Dong Hae. Boa chuckles and smiles.
“Can I ask you something?”
“Like what?”
“Why did Hee Bon called you Oppa?” ask Boa. Dong Hae didn’t know how to answer.
“Are you friends with her?”
“Yes, but I don’t know why she hated me after all two years.”
“Two years?”
“Yeah, why?”
“Oh, nothing…” he begin to search something in his bag.
“Were you guys friends before too?”
“Yeah,”
“Close?”
“Yeah,”
“Friends or couples?”
“Shouldn’t you know already?”
“No,” said Boa. Dong Hae goes over to Boa and peels off the band aid that he found in his bag and put it on her forehead that had a deep cut.
“Thanks,” she said. Dong Hae smiles and leaves.
“Why aren’t you in practice?” she asked him.
“I told you, I am not interested it anymore,”
“Really? Then why bother to…”
“…I only did that so I can come and use the piano,” said Dong Hae rising his voice. Boa’s eyes grew big.
“Sorry, I better be leaving,” said Boa grabbing her bag and leaving out the door.
“Sorry,” he said quietly.

Boa heard it and stop. She smiles and begins to walk again. As Boa got outside passes the place where she got beaten, she feels her neck. She stops.
“Aw…now I lost my necklace forever, maybe they must have dropped it here before they left,” she said and got on her knees and search for it. 5 minutes has passed. She was still searching, just as Dong Hae came by and was turning the different way but see someone crawling over by the woods. It gave him a fright but notice that it was Boa. He ran over to her.

“What are you looking for?” he asked.
“My necklace, Hee Bon took it from me but I think she might have dropped it here,” cried Boa. Dong Hae pulls Boa up.
“Ow!” she got up as Dong Hae holds her arm still. He sees bruises on her arms.
“Oh, sorry,” he said and let go of her softly.
“Its okay,” she said.
“Lets go, its getting dark, and your parents might be worry sick,”
“Its okay, they know I have practices at school,” smiled Boa. “Ow!” she touches her chin.
“What happened?” he left her chin up.
“My mouth hurts,” she said.
“When you get home, you need to put ice right away,” said Dong Hae.
“What should I say to my family?” ask Boa.
“Just tell them the truth,”
“No, then they’ll report the school and the school will find out that it’s Hee Bon,” said Boa.
“Then let it be,”

Hee Bon cries and puts it in her pocket.

“Hee Bon-ah!” said the voice behind her. Hee Bon turns around and it was Dong Hae.
