Chapter 10

As JaeJoong drove his car to find KyonMin, he saw her bike few blocks away from the school. He get out from the car and looked around. He thought of waiting for her.

He waited in the car when someone knocked on JaeJoong's window. (He's window is black tainted.) He rolled down the window. 'Eh? JaeJoong ah?'

KyonMin sat inside JaeJoong's car, silent. 'So... EunHyuk is... Your cousin?' KyonMin looked at him. 'EunHyuk told you?' He nodded. 'That freak! I told him not to tell anybody! I'm so... gonna kill...'

JaeJoong placed his finger on her lips. Her eyes did not blink, it was remain opened. She glanced at JaeJoong. He was smiling. 'You talk to much.' It's very rare to see him smile... 'EunHyuk also told me that...'

WHAT?! What did EunHyuk told you? Please don't say that he's a great guy! He might think I like him! She thought. JaeJoong put down his finger and continue, 'He told me that... Even though I might be in the gang, I'm a great guy.'

He said so proudly. Ok... He's so dead meat! 'Listen, KyonMin... About your brother...' KyonMin cut him off. 'JaeJoong ah? What if you are my brother and you are stuck in between family and gang friends. You love your sister dearly. Who would you choose?'

JaeJoong looked at her. 'Why are you...' She cut him off again, 'Who would you choose?' He wanted to say something and she continued asking, 'WHO?!' JaeJoong was silent and said, 'I would rather be with you. I mean... I would rather be with my sister. I have to set good examples to the younger ones.'

KyonMin looked down. 'If only I have you as a brother.' She cried. 'Shh... KyonMin ah? Don't cry...' Suddenly, someone smacked the front window. JaeJoong opened the door. 'YAH! WHAT ARE YOU...' KyonMin went out too.

'KiBum ah?' KiBum was looking very angry. He put down the baseball bat and grabbed JaeJoong's collar and started to punched him. JaeJoong fought back. 'KiBum, stop it!'

He did not listen to her. Suddenly, she stepped on the baseball bat and slipped. Both stopped. 'KYONMIN!' Her head was bleeding badly.

JaeJoong and Kibum waited for some news when YunHo entered. 'You! What did you do to her?' YunHo started attacking him and Kibum let YunHo punched him.

'Excuse me, this is not a wrestling ring. This is a hospital! Respect it when you're in here!' The doctor said. YunHo let go of him. He went to Kibum. 'What happened?'

The doctor went out from the ward. YunHo ran to him, 'What happened to her?' The doctor looked at YunHo. 'She's actually fine. It may take sometime for her to wake up.' He nodded and went inside the ward. 'You! Don't you dare come near to my sister.'

'She's not your sister anymore.' JaeJoong said. YunHo wanted to attack him again but Kibum stopped him. 'Yah! Let's go.' JaeJoong sat on the bench outside KyonMin's ward, looking down. He took out something from the pocket and looked at it.

Chapter 11

JaeJoong was staring at the bracelet on his hand and had a flashback when he entered high school.

Flashbacks: First year of High School

'HanKyung hyung!' JaeJoong ran to him. 'Yah! So, you're studying here?' JaeJoong nodded. 'How's your aunt and uncle?' He asked. 'They're fine.'

JaeJoong lived with his aunt and uncle. His parents passed away when he was 10. They died in a car crash.

'Hyung? May I know where is the computer designing class?' HanKyung looked at him. 'Yeah... First floor, third door to your left.' HanKyung showed him. 'Thanks, hyung!' HanKyung was a nice guy when he mixed with other gang because he own them money.

JaeJoong did not know about it.

'First floor, third door to the left...' He looked at the paper that was given to him when he bumped into a girl. 'Oops... Sorry...' She apologised. 'You... In designing class?' She asked. He nodded. 'That means we're classmates! I'm KyonMin by the way.'

She held out her hand and he took it but she moved her hand away. 'Psych!' JaeJoong smiled and went in the class with her. Then, he step on something. He moved his feet away and took the bracelet from the floor.

KyonMin

'Yah!!! What are you still doing out there? Come in!' JaeJoong put the bracelet in his pocket and she dragged him in.

One month in the high school, HanKyung came to him with one big guy and a freshman like JaeJoong. 'JaeJoong ah? I would like you to meet, ShinDong and DongHae.'

JaeJoong greeted them and HanKyung sat beside him. 'JaeJoong ah? We've been wondering if you would join us?'

'Join what?' HanKyung looked at ShinDong then to JaeJoong. 'The Black Ravens!' JaeJoong looked at HanKyung. 'Isn't that...' ShinDong cut him off. 'Yes... Our group name. We have rivals here. They're Black Jacks. They stole our first name. So... We just ignored them.'

'Actually, we're the first group to have this gang stuff when KangIn's father owns the school and he could do anything he likes. Plus, he has a cousin in our group. They say that both of them dislikes each other.' DongHae said.

'Also, another freshmen were in this school too. They're KyonMin and YunHo. YunHo is one of them too. Both are twins. Right now, they are taking what we are after. Try to grab in some of the freshmen!' HanKyung commanded. 'Hyung, will I get...'

'No.. You won't be in trouble. Trust me.' HanKyung said.

'So? Are you in? Or out?' DongHae asked. JaeJoong thought over... 'Ok...' JaeJoong agreed and they looked happy. 'Guys, we have our third freshman on the line. You will be the next leader!'

(NOTE: This part will be confusing... I will try to go on details...)

In that time, JaeJoong made friends with RyeoWook, his classmate, close classmate. RyeoWook made a deal with a JaeJoong and went to his cousin.

RyeoWook has a younger cousin in this school, ChangMin. ChangMin was in a sports management class. So, RyeoWook tried to convince him to join the Black Ravens and he agreed.

ChangMin went to his best mates, YooChun and SungMin. Also, YooChun and SungMin are cousins. 'Yah... I was wondering if you guys are interested to be in a gang group?'

'Gang group?' YooChun and SungMin looked at each other. 'For who?' SungMin asked. 'Black Ravens.' Again, they looked at each other. 'I heard they're the best gang group!'

'You're definitely wrong!' One of the Black Jacks members said. 'What do you mean by that, YunHo?' YooChun asked. YunHo smirked. 'The Black Jacks are the best in this school. No one can never defeat us.'

'ChangMin ah? We're in!' YooChun agreed to it and SungMin too.

After gathering the people JaeJoong grabbed, finally completed the circle of Black Ravens. After ShinDong and HanKyung graduated, JaeJoong was in charge of it.

In that time, JaeJoong and KyonMin did not talk to each other because they are forbidden to talk to each other.

JaeJoong still sitting on the bench. He realised that it has been a long time he did not eye contact and talk to her after joining the group when she showed up at the gang fight with YunHo.

'JaeJoong ah?' Someone called him and he stood up.

'EunHyuk ah? You came?' EunHyuk came towards JaeJoong with RyeoWook. 'Yah! You're injured!' RyeoWook came to him and touched his lips. 'Oww...'

'JaeJoong ah? What happened to KyonMin?' JaeJoong looked at EunHyuk. 'Kibum and I were fighting. KyonMin tried to stopped Kibum but he pushed her away. Suddenly, she stepped into a baseball bat that Kibum whacked my front window and fell.'

EunHyuk entered the ward. 'EunHyuk! What are you doing here?' YunHo asked violently. 'I'm here to visit my cousin.' EunHyuk said.

Chapter 12

'We're no longer our cousin...' YunHo said. 'You're wrong, YunHo. She still in contact with me. Even though your father said we are greedy, KyonMin, yourself and I were little kids, we don't understand anything. That time, you started to dislike us. KyonMin is a very fair person.'

YunHo laughed. 'EunHyuk, you're so hilarious! KyonMin would never talk to you because... Now, you're a pauper!'

'Because your father was a greedy pig?' YunHo stopped laughing and attacked EunHyuk. 'Take that back! I say, take that back!' JaeJoong and RyeoWook rushed in. Kibum wanted to help. RyeoWook pushed Kibum away. JaeJoong hit YunHo's face and helped to carry EunHyuk.

'RyeoWook! Let's go!'

It has been two days that KyonMin was unconcious. YunHo was holding her hand and Kibum was stroking her hair. 'You like my sister do you?' YunHo asked. 'What makes you say that?'

'Isn't it obvious? These few days when KyonMin was with JaeJoong, you followed her everywhere. You're like her shadow.' Kibum smiled. 'Kibum ah?' Kibum looked at YunHo.

'Once she wake up, I want you to tell her how you feel before JaeJoong does.' he nodded. 'But... What if she decline me?' YunHo smirked. 'Leave it to me.' Kibum looked at KyonMin and held her hand.

JaeJoong visited KyonMin after YunHo left the ward. JaeJoong placed a basket of fruits on the table and sat on the chair next to her and holds her hand.

'It's been two days you're knocked out. The class was quiet without you. I'm studying now. My hyungs and others don't know I was studying but EunHyuk and RyeoWook knew about it.'

JaeJoong stared at her, waiting for her to wake up but she did not.

'Wake up, KyonMin... I am in love with you.' He kissed her hand. 'Excuse me, sir. Visiting time is over.' The nurse said. JaeJoong stood up and kissed KyonMin's cheek. JaeJoong took his jacket and leave.

Suddenly, KyonMin's fingers started moving slightly.

The next morning, YunHo and Kibum visited her. 'KyonMin ah? You're awake!!!' Kibum said excitedly and went to her. She was smiling. 'Of course! Why? You thought I'm dead?' Kibum hugged her. 'Kibum ah? Don't mind if I talk to her in private?' Kibum nodded and left.

'What you want to talk about?' She said, not eyeing on YunHo. 'Well...' She cut him off, 'KangIn oppa let you off?'

'No... But...' YunHo wanted to explain but she cut him off again, 'Then, there's no point talking to me. I'm going back to sleep.' KyonMin rested her head on the pillow and pretend to be asleep. 'Fine... What I want to tell you is that... Kibum likes you.' KyonMin opened her eyes. She sat up from her bed. 'What makes you say that?'

'Don't you get his hints? He kept following you around like a shadow. That's why he is always there to save you from that JaeJoong freak! Haven't I told you before to stay away from him? JaeJoong don't even visits you!' KyonMin looked at YunHo then looked at the basket of fruits.

'You're lying. JaeJoong did visit me. He gave me this basket of fruits and his name was written in this card.' She showed him the card.

'Look... If you don't want to be with Kibum, JaeJoong will suffer.' He threatened. 'You wouldn't!' She said with worried face. 'So... You started to like JaeJoong, huh?' She looked at him. She did not know what other words to say. 'It's your choice. If you're with Kibum, JaeJoong will be save. If not, you know what will happen to JaeJoong.'

YunHo left and KyonMin was super worried.

'You don't have to tell her. She'll take her time to decide.' Kibum looked at YunHo then, he looked at the worried KyonMin. 'What did you say to her?' Kibum caught up with him. YunHo ignored him. 'Yah!'

JaeJoong came out from other side of the room and went inside the ward. 'Hey! You're awake!' Then, RyeoWook, EunHyuk and... Her best friend came, HeeRin. 'HeeRin!'

'KyonMin!' Both of them hugged. 'How... Why?' KyonMin was curious. 'RyeoWook brought me here. You know? Eeteuk started to despise me too. He is like YunHo now.' HeeRin said. 'What happened between the both of you?'

'Well, EeTeuk thought I was with RyeoWook because you are with JaeJoong. He started to find RyeoWook and attacked him out of nowhere! I challenged him. I told him, 'If you think that I'm with RyeoWook, fine!' That is the day I started to talk to RyeoWook.' HeeRin explained.

'I still don't get, HeeRin.' HeeRin sighed. 'Actually, KyonMin, that time, after your accident, I brought HeeRin to the park and gave her the news when EeTeuk started to attack me. He thought that I was together with her.' RyeoWook made it easier for KyonMin to understand. 'Oh...' KyonMin looked down.

'May I talk to EunHyuk for a moment?' All of them nodded and left the room. 'Oh yeah! JaeJoong ah? Thanks for the fruits.' JaeJoong smiled, 'Anytime.'

EunHyuk sat on the bed next to her when she started to strangle him. 'You traitor!!! You promised me not to tell JaeJoong!!! Now he thinks I liked him. He even gave me these fruits! It means something!' KyonMin let go off him, panting. EunHyuk laughed. Then, she started to hit his head. 'It's not funny!' Then EunHyuk smiled.

'KyonMin ah? Do you think JaeJoong likes you? He only like attractive girls. You're not... So... Keep on dreaming.' He joked. 'Yah! Who say I'm not attractive? Kibum likes me!' KyonMin spilled out and covered her mouth. 'Kibum? Likes you?'

'EunHyuk ah? Promise me you won't tell this to JaeJoong again. Please do not violate this promise.' He nodded. 'YunHo oppa threatened me. He told me that Kibum liked me and... If I won't date him, he'll do something bad to JaeJoong. If I date Kibum, he'll let him go.' KyonMin said, becoming more worried.

EunHyuk cups her cheek. 'Do you... Love JaeJoong?' KyonMin looked at EunHyuk. 'I don't know... Whenever I feel down, he's the only one who would talk to me... Kibum always stick with YunHo like a glue.' EunHyuk let go of her cheeks.

'At the same time, Kibum was really nice to me. I liked Kibum too but... This really drives me insane! Help me, oppa!'

She hugged him, crying.

Chapter 13

Days has passed and KyonMin still felt very stressed out of her brother's decision. She has feelings for Kibum and JaeJoong. Kibum was very nice to her and always be with her whenever YunHo was not around.

As for JaeJoong, he was always there for her. She felt at ease when she's with him. They could share their problems together.

She has finally discharge from the hospital and now she is lying on her bed; thinking and thinking and thinking till her head hurts. 'KyonMin? Dinner's ready.' Her maid called.

'Oh... Ok... I'll be down in a minute.' She did not look at her maid. She stood up and went down for dinner. 'Hey abeoji! Long time no see!' She went to her father and hugged him and kissed his cheek.

'Why didn't you visit me at the hospital?' She said in a sad tone. 'I'm sorry sweetheart. I was busy in the office. By the way, welcome back home.' Her father showed her a teddy bear.

She smiled and hugged her father again. 'Oh... Abeoji. I love you!'

YunHo went down and sat opposite his father. KyonMin stared at YunHo and looked away stubbornly. She sat away from him. YunHo noticed it and ignored her. 'YunHo ah? I heard that you are...' His father wanted to say something but he coughed halfway.

YunHo paused while his father coughed. He was afraid his father might know he is in the gang. 'I heard you are lagging your studies?' YunHo looked at him. 'What? I studied really hard, abeoji!'

'Really? That what is this shows you?' His father showed YunHo's report card to him. 'What's the matter? Cat caught on your tongue?' YunHo looked at his father.

'Abeoji...'

'You're grounded, young man.' His father said. 'But, but... Abeoji.'

'No buts! From now on, I want you back home before 3! You got that?' YunHo nodded. Not happy with his father. 'I will send KangIn here to help you with it.' YunHo looked happy but he did not show it so obviously.

'Uh... Abeoji? Why are you torturing YunHo so badly? Do you think KangIn would be very busy with his father or something?' KyonMin said. She knew that YunHo was happy to have KangIn in the house.

'Hmm... Yeah... You're right.' YunHo wanted to kick KyonMin's leg and it end up kicking his father's leg. 'Ow!' KyonMin jumped and YunHo said, 'Uh... I saw cockroach running. Sorry, abeoji.'

YunHo walked away from the dining room. Damn that girl...

After dinner, YunHo waited inside KyonMin's room.

'Yah! What are you doing inside my room? GET OUT!' YunHo was flipping her storybooks. 'I won't unless you say yes.'

'For what?' YunHo closed the book and looked at her. 'Accepting Kibum!'

'Why don't he ask me in person? Isn't he a man enough to ask me?' She asked. 'Fine. You want Kibum to tell you right in your face? Fine.'

The next morning, KyonMin saw Kibum waiting outside the school. As usual, KyonMin rode her bicycle to school. 'Fine. You want Kibum to tell you right in your face? Fine.'

'May I... Talk to you for a little while?' She nodded and put her bike aside.

'Look... I won't ask you now because... I know that you are not ready to be with me. But... Whenever I'm with you, I felt happy. When you are away from me and went to that JaeJoong freak, I felt angry and jealousy.'

KyonMin looked down then looked at him. 'Kibum ah?' Unexpectedly, Kibum hugged her. 'Please stay by my side, KyonMin. I... I am in love with you.'

JaeJoong's POV

JaeJoong was driving on the way to school and entered the school and parked his car. He went out and saw KyonMin cycling inside the school when Kibum stopped in front of her and walked to the corner.

JaeJoong took a closer look when he saw Kibum hugged her. 'JaeJoong ah? Come on... Let's go inside...' ChangMin said and JaeJoong moved ChangMin's hand away and pushed him aside.

'What's wrong with him?' ChangMin asked, SungMin and YooChun shrugged. Actually, ChangMin knew that JaeJoong was jealous that the Kibum guy was hugging KyonMin.

JaeJoong took out a roll of paper from the locker and put it on KyonMin's table. HeeRin was not there yet. RyeoWook is having a high fever so he could not come.

JaeJoong left the classroom. 'Yah! Let's get out of here.' Suddenly, KyonMin went to JaeJoong. 'Yah! I'm back!'

JaeJoong ignored her and entered the car. He drove off without a glance at her. Did he... Saw it?
