Umm, I have a question about Se7en and Rain---HELP ME PLZ!

I heard that Rain was supposed to do a world wide tour (includes U.S)?

Aside from that I heard Se7en was really dating Boa...

Last but not least....

I heard that Se7en dropped all his Korean projects to come to the U.S. for three months to make an album...Is that true? If so does anyone know where he's at? I'm guessing California or New York.
