Tara takes legal action against former agency

The kpop girl group T-ara has begun a claim to protect its entitlement to the group name in a trademark question with its former management organization.

T-ara presented an official legal document to the Korea Intellectual Property Office countering MBK Entertainment's claim to the right to the group's Korean and English names.

On the off chance that acknowledged will be accepted, MBK's trademark application will ban members who left the organization from practicing rights to the name for no less than 10 years. All things considered, they will be compelled to find another group name, as former Beast and TVXQ members did.
